Vintage 1979 Colt Python

This is a vintage, 1979 Colt Python .357 that has been completely Blue Printed.  All aspects of the revolvers mechanical condition have been addressed as need.  The barrel cylinder gap has been set at the correct .006" gap with a freshly cut forcing cone.  The head space has been set to factory specifications.  Cylinder end shake is set to minimum specs.  Cylinder bolt timing is dead on.  The hammer and rebound lever have no interference.  The barrels rifling is crisp and shiny. Side plate screws and the crane lock screw have been replaced with new C&S parts.

No custom work was done.  The double and single action trigger pulls are excellent as is.

The finish is in good shape aside from a few scratches and light dings from normal use - aside from the crane lock screw area of the frame which has significant scratches as shown in the photos. 

This is a great shooter in mechanically fresh condition and will serve the new owner very well.

The total cost for the pistol is $ 1876.25 plus shipping.  This pistol has been stored, unused, since the work was done.
