SFS Flashlight Mount
The SFS Flashlight Mount consists of an injection molded polymer mount that holds the flashlight. The ring that clamps the flashlight will hold a light that is .009" to 1.062" in diameter. This allows you to clamp any of the popular personal protection lights manufactured by Sure Fire, Stream Light, and many others that have the push button tail cap switch. The mount comes with two spacer rings that will allow the smaller diameter lights to be tightly clamped into the mount. Two different lengths of clamping screws are included. An Allen wrench that fits the clamping screws is also included.
The SFS Flashlight Mount is designed to fit any handgun with an integral Picatinny Rail. The New Series Glock, Springfield XD, Springfield Operator, Beretta 92FS Vertec, Smith & Wesson SW99 series pistols, Smith & Wesson TSW series pistols, and the Walther P22 pistols all have the Picatinny Rail featured as an integral part of the frame under the recoil spring cover. The SFS Flashlight Mount will simply slip onto the Picatinny Rail that is on the pistol and automatically latch when the mount is properly positioned on the rail. To remove the light and mount you simply pull down on the spring-loaded latch and slip the light and mount off of the frame. Nothing could be simpler.
The primary benefit of having a flashlight mounted on the pistol is for home defense. One of the advantages of the SFS Flashlight Mount is its ease of mounting and unmounting.
